The north coast, the Portland area, the gorge, and the northeast. It goes from Clatsop/Tillamook to Wallowa County.
Northern Oregon is where most of the state lives.

Get the Oregon Lefty mug.Like most of Oregon, these are nearly all white nachos. These nachos are made of white corn tortillas chips, white cheese(such as local artisan goat cheese where you know the family story of the goats), white bean chili, and any other nachos additives that are basically white. This includes white onions, horseradish, mayonnaise, white ghost chilis, jicama and of course…tofu.
My non-binary partner wanted to make some nachos and I was like, “hey let’s have some Oregon Nachos to celebrate Valentine’s Day, which is the day Oregon gained Statehood.”
