The only people who should say nigga is black people and Hispanics or if u mixed period nigga. If u pale but are still black and or mixed with black or Hispanic then yes u can say nigga.

Friend: yo u think I can say the n word?
Friend 2: yea u mixed.
Friend: bet nigga

Friend: can I still say the n word if I’m pale but mixed?
Friend 2: yea cause u mixed with black (and or Hispanic)
Friend: yessir
