It's to describe a class of cannabis that is stronger is normal chronic and weaker than kush or is as strong as kush usual fails in areas where stoners who had strong weed in the past would call it weaker but would pay 45-50 an 1/8 in the street . Can't place the strength well due to the unique side effects but you still get a THC high worth more than regular chron chron, it's the sativa side fucking it up. Bottom line it's another word for hybrid. The long walk to get to hybrid ha.
