Typically, a grease walk is required when the person defecating fails to ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper in advance of the defecation. The resulting walk to refill toilet paper is accompanied by a greasy smearing feature occuring in the buttocks as a result of the fresh, unwiped feces.
I took a dump last night only to discover the toilet paper roll was empty. I had to grease walk down the hallway to retrieve a fresh roll. It was disgusting.
