Something hood and ghetto. Often used in a bad text, or to describe a person or place. If you've ever seen a man in his car sitting way back in his chair and listening to the bass pounding, you have seen a crooked guy.

Crook Eye

Lazy eye. Usually one eye (pupil) is straight and the other (pupil) is off to the side. Really shows when eye glasses are lowered and magnifies the eye.

There was a picture of Brad on the roller coaster. He positioned (lowered) his eye glasses and you can really see the Crook eye.
