love knife

To stab someone who you love. Used mostly to describe crazed fans of musicians. They love the band so much, they want to 'love knife' them and stab them. Coined by Kyle Gass from the band "Tenacious D" in their late 1990's HBO comedy shorts.

(Kyle and Jack are stopped by Lee, their biggest fan, outside the club they just performed at. After asking for their home address, the two of them walk away from him with ominous music playing)

Jack Black (JB): "This dude is total stalk-a-razzi..."
Kyle Gass (KG): "He's full on love knife material"
JB: "Love knife?"
KG: "Yeah, you know .. when they get close .. a little TOO close .. 'oh, I love you! I love you! I love you!' .. then *STAB**STAB**STAB** .. ha, and you're covered in blood .. but they think they did a good thing!"
JB: "Creepy man!"

Vocalist and guitarist in the band Hole, who has also gone on to have a solo career. She was married to Nirvana singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain.
Unfairly hated by zealous Nirvana fans who love absurd conspiracy theories.
Nirvana and Kurt are great. Hole and Courtney are great. Kurt and Courtney loved each other. Kurt got depressed and killed himself. Courtney got depressed, and took loads of drugs. Everyone else gets depressed.

Cretin : Courtney killed Kurt Cobain! Because being famous must be soooo cool, and you wouldn't ever get unhappy or anything, so she must have done! GARGH! I want o kill her, because I am frustrated and stupid and really quite ugly and I'm doomed to grow up and live a really boring life and get smacked in the chops by some big fat hippo type thing!

A phrase that describes greatness, such as: a successful venture, a fantastic first date, scoring well on an important exam, an incredible journey, a fantastic night on the town, winning a game, feeling rested and rearing to embrace a new day, or just anything that's really really dope and satisfying, like traveling an hour and a half to a famous food stand that only accepts cash just to take a bite of their juicy delicious lovely burgers.

Self-Love

The key to happiness. When you have love for yourself, you accept yourself for who you already are, you respect yourself by choosing to say yes to yourself before you say yes to others. But self-love also goes further - it allows for self-improvement as well (when you love yourself, you do things that will help you to improve, just like you would do for someone you love).

I have self-love because I choose to believe that my body is beautiful regardless of whether or not I'm bloated, it's an unconditional and undying love for myself.
