kick-the-dog effect

The angry behaviour shown by a person when he has to accept all blame and he cannot shift it to anybody else because he is in the lowest rung of hierarchy in his organization. This happens when a boss, who is to blame, shifts the blame to his junior, who, in turn, passes it to his junior and so on till the blame reaches the lowest-ranked staff, who cannot pass it to anybody else. Then he goes home and takes it out on his dog by kicking it about.
Angry at having to bear the blame for no fault of his, the peon came back home in the evening and kicked his dog repeatedly. A kick-the-dog effect, isn't it?

Who let the dog out?

Another way of saying, who farted?
I was sitting in the front rows of the cinema when I heard someone down the back yell, "Who let the dog out?"

"And then people ran screaming from the back row, as if a bomb had gone off!"

Skunk Spraying The Dog

This is when your "dog" (Boner, Hard-on) gets sprayed by a "Skunk" (Gay man) you have cum shot all over your dick. This is a popular finishng move for two gay men having intercourse
A great example of this is when gay man number 1 = Terry is having anal intercourse with gay man number 2 = Sean, before Terry errupts in Seans butt region, Terry pulls out and flips Sean over to ejaculate his Semen all over Seans Penis
