Rugby

Basically, rugby is a sport found to be quite popular around the world, however America not so much. There are some Americans who do play rugby and yet do not wish to be praised for being a man and not wearing pads they simply want to play the game and there are some Americans who give American rugby players crap for being more of a man then they are, some of them even call the sport gay, this is most likely due to the fact that they themselves are gay and simply want to pick on the manliest sport on earth to trick themselves into thinking they are as straight as us rugby players, in other words real men play rugby

2016 Ireland rugby tour of South Africa

A summer test series which happened in 2016 which south africa won 2-1, the irish thought they would have a chance in beating the springboks after winning the 2015 six nations but they had a bang average year in the 2016 edition finishing 3rd behind wales, the men in green thought they could pass the south africa test in flying colours but they thought wrong. they just couldnt take the heat of the springboks which saw the irish lose the series 2-1

armoured rugby

Whatever those kids across the ocean(america) are playing. Another term used to describe the so called "american football" which any sensible person would agree that name is shit. Kind of like rugby but players have to wear padding and armour and look like they're fighting a war on the pitch hence the name armoured rugby.

American 1: did you catch the game of football yesterday?
Brit 1: football? Which league?
American 1: the super bowl?
Brit 1: ohh you mean the armoured rugby game
