Jonkeroo

A less-known, alternative word for man's girlfriend, shawty or main piece. It is a derivative of the more commonly used term jaunt. Jonkeroo is sometimes used in place of jaunt when the relationship status is unknown.

Tyrone: Aye how's your jonkeroo been doin'?

When you accidentally go down on a girl on her period, look up from between her legs and laugh like a maniac. Usually one or both parties develop some sort of mental condition.
