Get the tactical wipemug. A strategic, but often accidental, mass consumption of a particular vice (eg. alcohol, tobacco or illicit substances). The purpose of this mass consumption is to induce an extreme negative reaction (often including a non-tactical chunder) thereby reminding oneself to avoid this vice in the short to medium term. The effects of a tactical binge wear thin with the passage of time.
Chris thought Jessica simply over-indulged in a dozen aperol spritzes one Friday in January, but it was really a genius tactical binge to help her get through FebFast.
