A person who enjoys touching (stroking, poking, fondling etc) slugs (especially really slimy ones).

Slugs being tough-skinned terrestrial mollusks (order Stylommatophora, class Gastropoda) that typically lack a shell and secrete a film of mucus for protection.

A Slugar is the slutty cousin of the thirty something to fifty year-old Cougar.
