Napstablook (or blooky) is a ghost with Crippling Depression. He is found in the ruins and is being sad so much that you want to spare it. Personally me, I would want to kill Napstablook, but.. he's a ghost so he can't die. If you attack him, he will be even sad more and be the Top 1 in Ghosts with Crippling Depression. If you cheer him up tho, he will be happy and be not sad anymore.
