A Boy Scout troop usually very old know for having very quickly done and very high percentage of Eagle Scouts.

Some Random BSA member: How does that troop have 13 year old's with the eagle scout patch most of are Eagles are 16 through 18.

Some Random BSA member 2: Yeah must be a Eagle factory with those numbers.
