GTA Online Character is a character you play as in GTA Online. You chose how it looks yet still you will probably spend like 10 minutes to make your character actually look somehow normal.
GTA Online's Character's personality is depending on which kind of player you are:If you are a sweaty tryharding asshole then the character will look like shit and very weird.
A normal player's gta online character will probably look normal like u know the kind of normal.

Me:Yo look at my GTA Online Character do you like how he looks?
Friend:Man ur GTA Online Character looks like a typical tryhard i do not like it.
