Carry the Great Man

To actually take into account the costs of retaining a Great Man in any organization. Costs include the number of people said Great Man drives out of the organization due to their behavior, the amount of legal fees that they could expose said organization to due to anti-harassment lawsuits made by other members, organizational reputation loss, etc.

Chairy

A chap (biological male) interested in everything related to fairies, including but not limited to: lore, paraphernalia, and style of dress.

Can be interested in either a masculine portrayal of fairies (such as the Kokiri from the Legend of Zelda) or a feminine portrayal of fairies (the most common kind).

Many Chairies encountered can often be femboys or very flamboyant in drag. Other times they're a typical male in masculine fairy attire.

Timothy loved fairies so much he started collecting fairy statues and charms.
James loved fairies so much he started dressing like them.
