Old brain, "You write with your right hand not with your left when writing." Based on how writing with your left hand in the past was seen as abnormal and creepy while writing with your right hand was seen as the norm

Brain-box

This refers to a person's head, usually in a crude or uncomplimentary way.

"Go soak your brain-box", is a common phrase for cooling off or calming down, and "He banged his addled brain-box on it" means a berk finally figured something obvious out.

Gonzo Brain

Gonzo brain is when a persons mind veers dangerously off track; like losing their train of thought, where the one subjected to gonzo brain cannot formulate any real tangible and communicable ideas, and sometimes is left with feelings of impending doom. An occurrence that is more prevalent when subjected to brain injury, mental illness, or the use of psychedelic drugs.

I remember babbling to Tyson about something last night, then right in the middle of talking I got gonzo brain and could barely speak the rest of the night; I was left with this eerie feeling of awkwardness and didn't know what to do with my self.
