Miranda Rights

a) a formal set of civil Constitutional rights that are read to any American citizen upon his/her arrest for a crime committed on US soil.

b) a lady whose first name is Miranda and last name is Rights

Miranda Rights, definition a) should not, IMHO under any circumstances be given to American citizens like Timothy McVeigh or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, people who IMHO should have "(their) body torn apart by lupara blasts (...)".
