is when a father kindly walks up to one of his children and smells their hair after that he makes them get into the shower with him. After this, the father tells the children to pay attention to his campaign speech which consists of him rocking back and forth doing the helicopter meat spin while doing the Biden smile as widely as his face will allow. Afterward, he bends over and farts loudly while acting like he forgot how to get out of the shower and falling out of the shower while holding his hands up like he is riding a bicycle while screaming at the top of his lungs poor kids are just as smart as white kids.
