A very offensive noun in the form of an acronym for an unpleasant or annoying girl. SNEP stands for She's Not Even Pretty. Originally was used to describe ugly girls without them knowing but has evolved into a mean word to describe any person. It should not be used as a joke word to call friends when kidding around. ( example bitch, slew etc.)

Yeah, she's a huge snep.
