Peashooter Moment

A situation or scenario that starts out really good, but gets progressively worse as time goes on, just like a peashooter in the game "Plants vs Zombies". The peashooter is extremely useful as an early-game plant, but becomes dull and unusable as you progress and obtain stronger plants.

A: "Man this week started out so good, but now it's really shit."
B: "This is such a peashooter moment."

My neighbor is a techno-peasant, he doesn't know how to upload the pictures from his digital camera onto his computer.
