It comes in pill form, usually in 25mg doses of Hydroxyzine pamoate or sometimes in Hydroxyzine HCl form. Hydroxyzine is sleeping pills. Hydroxyzine can be prescribed by a doctor or psychiatrist.

I took 25mg of Hydroxyzine and I relaxed and fell asleep. My insomnia is gone. Thanks sleeping pills!
