A clothing store that sell's clothes that only people who don't eat ever can fit in. Africa would have one but they are too overpriced, $60 for one perfume. WTF HOLLISTER ?

Hollister

one of those that is commonly mistaken for a prep. They normally wear shitty clothing from Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, Pac Sun, or Aeropostle. The title applies to both male and female. Males can generally be identified by pre ripped jeans paired with a "vintage" tee shirt, and either cross trainers or skating shoes, along with spiked hair. Females are usually wearing what is "trendy" at the moment, which right now is a tunic like moo moo shirt with either jeans or hosiery that stops at the ankles, along with either flats or pumps, during the spring and summer months. During the winter they wear sweaters and eskimo boots. They also wear a gruesome amount of makeup, which further accentuates the fakeness of these people.

The main difference between a prep and a hollister is that, a prep is rich and a hollister is what is refered to as middle class.

As two friends are walking past an overtly well groomed and egotistical person wearing the stereotypical attire and hairstyle they turn to each other and exclaim, "HOLLISTER!"

A cheap Abercrombie and Fich. so if you dont have the money to buy it from A&F go to hollister. they look exactly the same and has the same quality. the only thing different is the little logo on the shirts. abercrombie is the moose and hollister is the bird. but dont get it mixed up with american eagle.

Hollister

A california-based clothing brand. They make casual wears and look nice. The price is reasonable and is known widely. It is owned by Abercrombie and Fitch. They look similar to american eagle or aeropostale, but a lot better. People who wear this are normal fashionable people.

2) A cool store mostly aimed at surf bums & people looking for a taste of California. Actually named after a hick town south of Frisco, it was first established by a South Pacific sailor named John M. Hollister in 1922 in Laguna Beach, California as a store for the sale of South Pacific goods. Later established as a surf store for apparel & equipment in 1953 by John Hollister Jr. then turned into the present day Hollister chain in 1977 following John Jr.'s death in a surfing accident.
