When a friend talks about something illegal or just plain wrong you pick up your cell phone and pretend to call 911 by saying "Hello, 911?"

This is be used comically and not with any seriousness

Friend 1: *covers fries in ketchup
Friend 2: "Hello, 911?"

Friend 1: "Hey wanna go smoke up after work?"
Friend 2: "Hello, 911?
