Heffer and a half

A heffer on a whole different level. An extremely obesely obese individual breaking the point of no return on the fatness level.

Example 1:

Person 1: Holy fuck, look at that heffer and a half over there!

Person 2: My god, they must weigh 1200 pounds!

Example 2:

Person 1: Have you seen Dave’s new girlfriend??

Person 2: No, she pretty??
