Teraditwoa

Teraditwoa is a greeting between Black Laborors coined by the National Black Worker Center. It means “To End Racism And Discrimination In The Workplaces Of America” which is the organizations mission. NBWC is very big on culture and is one of the top nonprofits for Black people to work at. Saying “Teraditwoa Cousin”, before getting into a meeting reminds peers of the mission and the practice of putting Black workers before every conversation since protecting Black dollars is a key focus. A good way to interprete Teraditwoa is “i am committed to our cause cousin”.

A: Teraditwoa cousin! How is your spirit?

B: In good shape cousin. How about you?

teora is a nerd but a fun nerd. She is short. Not even like average like she is short. She is a fire sign and it’s kind of embarrassing but it works for her! She is so smart and kind of nice but when I read her mind she can be sooo rude. She is so relatable. Like we are the same person but if I were a less fun loser. She is funny but her sense of humor is like Bill Hader but if he weren’t funny at all.
