Teslasimp

A Teslasimp, sometimes referred to as a Teslashill, is someone who drives a Tesla, viewing Tesla as the Holy Grail of the Automotive Industry, claiming it as the only good car brand that everybody should own a car from, and will bash your head in with "facts and data" for driving anything else, even another EV. Will ignore any Tesla flaws by spamming you with more "facts and data," including gimmicks as legitimate features, the Cybertruck's design and window smashing.

Common examples of such "facts and data" are 0-60MPH times, as if the average human being goes full throttle on a public road, Autopilot which not everyone prefers cars driving themselves, maintenance as if vehicles with combustion engines even require much maintenance in the first place, and fuel costs as if charging their Tesla at home isn't raising their electric bill, as if $5000 over 10 Years is a lot of money, and as if anyone driving a Dodge Charger Hellcat daily cares about fuel costs.

Commonly likes to spend their time stalking the Twitter accounts of non-Tesla vehicle manufactures to hate on every car they advertise to tell everyone "Just buy a Tesla" one again with their "facts and data," whilst praising their Lord and Savior Elon Musk.

Keep in mind that not every Tesla owner is a Teslasimp. Many people exist who drive a Tesla and treat it like every other car, those who are Teslasimps are the ones who take it too far and praise it for being "so much better than all the wasted space on the road."

"That Teslasimp needs to lay off. The car I drive is what I like, they have no right to tell me otherwise. I don't want complete silence, I find it boring. I don't want a screen glued to a basic dashboard, I want a stylish interior. Yes it's quick but 0-60 times are pointless if you're not on a track. My car isn't as expensive to keep as they're trying to make it out to be, electric cars don't even work for my way of life."
