A "man's" handshake. When you squeeze someone's hands so hard that you make them kneel down from the pain that you are inflicting on their knuckles.

Typically done by redneck and trailer folk on unsuspecting people.

The act of a unique handshake, in which you place your hand in the formation of a letter 'C', then proceeding to grab the forearm of the given recipient, so in turn, both subjects' hands are latched onto their counterparts forearm, then proceed to grunt & behave in a macho army fashion.
