Amazing lead singer and front man for My Chemical Romance. Would just like to say that as much as some people like to say - this band is not 'emo'! They are rock. He has even been quoted on this! "violent/scary/truth/rock" that is how this very talented man describes his own band - so please stop calling them 'emo'! And all you teeny boppers that claim to be their "biggest fan ever" and go on and on about how you would love to fuck him etc. you may actually need to have more than just their recently released album - "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge". As much as i agree that Gerard is basically sex on legs - i was a fan of this 'band' before they released their second album and before he got that new haircut and i really dont think he would appreciate all the dirty talk about him - and neither would his long time girlfriend!

Dont love this man and the band just because they are being called the band to watch and you think he is soooooo sexy! Gerard Way is an amazing artist and is part of a brilliant band and deserves love and respect - not teeny boppers that join the latest craze!

A singer whom has a welcoming personality and doesn't support violence, he was the lead singer for "My Chemical Romance" and has his solo album called "Hesitant Alien", Gerard had a younger brother named Mikey, Mikey preformed bass in My Chemical Romance. Gee ( Gerard ) is a lovely singer and performer and Gerard also loves comics which he has his own out there. Gerard haves a daughter named Bandit and a wife named Lindsey. Gerard has done therapy and seems to be doing much better. We are proud of you Gerard.

Gerard Way is the sass queen. 👑
He was born on April 9th 1977 in New Jersey. Gerard was the the lead vocalist in the band My Chemical Romance along with Mikey Way, Frank Iero,}Matt Pelissier, Bob Bryan, Ray Roro and James Dewees which was active from 2001-2013. In 2007 he married Lindsey Way and had a daughter with her in 2009 named Bandit Lee Way. Gerard relapsed into alcoholism just before MCR split up. He said he broke up the band to save himself. Then in 2014 he released his album Hesitant Alien. But now Gerard is living healthily with his wife and daughter.

Shane Dawson has a conspiracy theory that Gerard Way is a vampire because he looks the same at 41 as he did at 20.
I once asked a friend how old they thought Danger Days era Gerard was and he said 14, when he was actually 33!
