When the price of gas flucuates on a daily basis due to the struggling ecomony and your not even sure when you should purchase gas hoping when you do the gas prices are down when in fact they actually went up about 20 cents overnight.

Ron: "It cost me $86.00 to fill my Expedition up. Last week it was $83.00!"

Will: "I know man! I'm so sick and tired of these gas games being played."
