KOOVID-15 is a highly contagious disease that spread from Mr Krabs customers to Patrick Star eventually killing everybody in Bikini Bottom.

KOOVID-15 brought light to viruses, especially to Patrick Star because before he got the virus and died he was a non-believer of KOOVID-15 and thought the government was trying to implant chips into people with the KOOVID-15 vaccine.
