Referring to an act that is morally bankrupt, inexcusable, foul, abhorrent, and possibly sociopathic.

One who sits around on his or her large, lazy ass and does nothing all day instead of working. Can often be found in government agencies.

Those sandwich eaters at the DMV took three hours to take my picture for my driver's license.

Emotional eating 

Emotional eating is compulsive eating of food based on a person’s feelings rather than based on physical hunger and nutritional needs. One does not have to be overweight to fall in this category.

It’s thus common that emotional eaters associate certain food with at least one type of feeling of comfort, relief, joy, pleasure, and so on. To put it another way some types of foods end up being used like a drug or alcohol.

In overcoming emotional eating there is a challenge of separating one’s emotions from food and seeing food for what it is: as a nutritional source for the body. Like any habit forming and compulsive behavior emotional eating can be overcome.

Emotional eating includes when a person is happy he/she feels a compulsion to eat; a compulsion to eat when sad; when tired; a compulsion to eat in order to feel some sense of pleasure; and so on. The obsessive urge to eat is stimulated by emotions not by physical hunger and nutritional needs.

A morbidly obese person who eats nothing but the most unhealthy food, watches TV all day, and has no idea what is really going on in the world around them.

My neighbor is such a cupcake eater, she can barely make it up the stairs to her third floor apartment.

butter eater 

Negative term for common people, peasants, farmers, working class people etc. The lower end of the social status. Higher classes of people used finer expensive olive and nut oils.

According to the Greeks and Romans, a butter eater was a person who churned the milk of goats and cows ro make butter for eating and cooking because they couldn' afford finer olive oil. To the Roman 'well-to-do', butter was medicinal only, for burns, and such.

Any of various disorders, as anorexia or bulima, characterized by severe disturbances in eating habits.

Because Jackie has an eating disorder she looks like one of those starving children as seen on CBN.
