redneck

Historically and traditionally this word was used as a compliment. A word used to acknowledge hard work done. It referred to someone with a sunburned neck (redneck), meaning that he had been working in the field, outside all day long. Now it has become a term used by bigots to describe southerners. THIS WORD IS A COMPLIMENT TO ALL THOSE WHO KNOW WHAT IT REALLY MEANS.

Two men each who work on farms have sunburned necks. Call each other rednecks, acknowledging the hard work done showed by the burn

I live in the south and let me tell you what a redneck is: A redneck is someone who thinks putting the browning symbol and the rebel flag on everything makes it seem cool. They are loud and opinionated and usually ignorant. They overuse camo and they think carhart is God's gift to the world( Carhart is pretty nice though) I'm not even trying to be offensive, I'm serious I see this everyday
