Simply, FTFO means "Fight the Fuck On." It's a play off the Trojan phrase "Fight On," but gives it more of a kick (even though Trojans always go hard, it's just assumed they all Fight the Fuck On.)

When someone is born a female but identifies as a male. Being transgender ftm, typically means that you are a boy trapped in a girl's body. Transgender ftm's typically use male pronouns, ex., he, his, him.

My friend Oliver is transgender ftm. He was born a girl but he identifies as a boy and uses guy pronouns.
