Bracket Eight is the correct way to explain the sexual act called "69ing" or "sixty nining." The man's penis goes into the woman's mouth and the man's tongue goes into the woman's vagina, therefore the man is the bracket. 1)Ight son, You gets a fourty of OLD E (An eight ball) and drink it down to the label. Then pour in a 12 ounce guinness and pound that shit. You are now drinkin what we call the "black eight ball".
