Commodore 64

A glorified gaming console that masqueraded as a computer. While it had some computing abilities, it was the gaming as well as the awesome SID chip (made midi files look like crap) that made the system unique

Dave: Commodore 64 was a great computer
Scott: I look at it as more of a gaming console with a keyboard, but still an awesome alternative to the Atari, and even gave the first generation NES a run for it's money in terms of graphics and gameplay.

Common Era

Abbreviated as "CE", it is a euphemistic replacement for Anno Domini (Latin: In the year of our Lord), or "AD". It is used to avoid having to reference Jesus Christ in the dating system we all use.

It's basically the same idea as saying "Holiday tree" instead of "Christmas tree". In otherwords, it's fucking pointless and lame.

John: It is now the year 2010 CE, or of the "Common Era". I guess this means we're just "common" people in a "common" era.

Peter: STFU, jackass, it's 2010 AD for fuck's sake.

The term should speak for itself. A Sense which SHOULD be common to everyone. Usually refers to any sort of logic that should be obvious to anyone.

It is dangerous to play with sharp objects.

Don't touch the posionous snake.

If you buy a Sega product you are just throwing your money away on something that will not have any new games released for it shortly after its release.
