When a person says or acts in a manner that is incredibly stupid. Generally, a person who is an air head, or they lack the intellectual ability to interrupt the people around them with a useless comment or action.

Having just had my second interview for a new job, my friend Jane comes to my current place of work to congratulate me. In front of my employer shes asks me if I got the new Job. "What a snapper head!"

A phrase that is used mostly as an insult or a warning usually by someone one with a weapon who wants to kick the shit into you maybe because you have insulted them.

some guy: you're a fag
me: dont make me go upside your head

(then if they say ANYTHING you smack them. Or in my case smash them round the face with an old wrench that i 'aquired')

Someone who has is so far gone in the way of being perpertually bluntsted that you have a raging amount of THC coarsing through your veins, leaving someone in a state of dream like existence, what binge drinking is to blazing.

pirate head 

When receiving head, suddenly without warning, the "blowee" pushes down on the "blowers" head, forcing them to the base of the penis and thus causing them to gargle and "argh" like a pirate. If they wish the "blowee" may yell pirate slang at this point, i.e. "arg! take me seed wench! arg!"
