Chipa or "chipá" is a common home made snack around parts of Paraguay, Brasil and Argentina as well.

It is usually made of corn wheat, eggs, milk, cow fat and regional cheese.
Best served right from the oven with mate!!

Chips my Nips - used to describe the feeling you get when something occurs that really really annoys you. It is not a physical feeling, more a way of describing your level of irritation as a result of the occurance

Driver : *leaves the volume level on 27*
Me : “wow really?! You could’nt just turn it up to 28 could you?! You know how much that chips my nips. Am not happy.”
