It is a mutation of the term 'jitto', meaning a marijuana cigarette (or a joint).

A shitto is when you smoke a jitto while taking a shit.
(most common in South Wales, the valleys)

Person A: "Pass my the jitto my man"
Person B: "But dude you're taking a shit"
Person A: "Who cares man there's nothing wrong with a shitto"
