The name of a custom-blend flavor created by mixing bourbon and Butterfinger bars, usually at a ratio of 1oz/bar.

Especially delicious when blended into a frozen drink.

An apology-inspired gift purchase for the one wronged against; specifically, this gift is the recipient's favorite brand of his favorite alcoholic beverage, bourbon.

Dominique was being totally rude to Nick one day; PMSing at him over something really silly. The next day, she felt really bad about it, so she bought him a bottle of Booker's Cask Bourbon as a bourbology.

Nick says the Booker's tastes better when given as a bourbology, since he can taste exactly how wrong Dominique was with every sip.
