Vitamin E12 is Enclomiphene. A higher dose of Enclomiphene is what you stack SARMS with to avoid gyno. Since SARMs lower testosterone production and Enclomiphene boosts testosterone production, Enclomiphene balances things out. It's called a Test Base. Some people use Vitamin T (Testosterone injection) to boost testosterone levels. After a SARM cycle comes PCT (Post Cycle Therapy), where you take a 4 to 6 week break from SARMs and use a lower dose of Enclomiphene for the first 2 weeks and then for the other 2 to 4 weeks, wait until testosterone gets produced naturally again. SARMs are currently legal and safer than Steroids, but no one knows the long term side effects. SARMs or SARM are known as Vitamin S4.
I am taking Vitamin S4 (RAD-140 SARM) plus a higher dose of Vitamin E12 (Enclomiphene) and I'm making fast gains. Yes!

Vitamin GR is code for Vitamin Gym Rat. It's the only Vitamin that will help you get all the THICC to EXTRA THICC girls and defend them from people that call her fat. You go to the gym at least 30 minutes a day for a few times a week and use peck and leg and back and other machines, medicine balls, dumbbells, treadmill, and other gym equipment. You have a protein shake before the workout, drink Hydrogen oxide (H2O, Water) and Gatorade and Gatorade Zero during the workout, eat chicken wingsnor cheeseburgers after ther workout, eat onions and avocado and get enough protein and 8 hours of sleep, and more. During off days, you either rest or go for a 30 minute run and then rest. The longer you exercise and the more good food you eat, the more gains you will make. You need to build consistency. You must feel the burn! No pain, no gain! Even if it takes longer for some people to get there than others, you can make it. You just need patience and consistency and to keep paying the gym and go at least twice a week.
