Get the Critical Rolemug. A once popular Roblox game. It is a remake of a game made by EpicCritical. The game consists in battling enemies with a peculiar way of combat: instead of the well known and widely used mouse button to attack, you have to touch orbs that spawn in the battle area with your character, or alternatively use active abilities pressing 1, 2, or 3 on your keyboard or clicking/tapping on the icons. The game has different classes with different attacks and also has a rebirth feature that clears all your levels for 1 (Eternal Flame) or 3 (Scorching Eternal Flame) random items in the game, except for unobtainable ones. Eternal Flame Exclusives are items only obtainable through rebirthing, and are worth a lot in trading due to their rarity (5% from Eternal Flame and 2% from Scorching Eternal Flame). Most can be upgraded using an Eternal Fragment, dropped by a Him (boss) with a 10% chance. To rebirth, you need the max level (400). Skins are obtainable through Craig, a monkey who sells skin boxes at Punky Sky for 20K reputation each. Reputation, experience and gold are obtainable through defeating enemies or completing quests (currently, quests are only present in Samurai Island). Critical Legends once had factions: separate Discord servers that might have competed against each other in a boss race, if the game hadn't died shortly before. Critical Legends was made by Radi Studios.

Get the critical piecemug. The most misunderstood theory in history.
This theory was meant to be used and understood in an academic context, but apparently a few people decided it would be "cool" to use in mainstream discourse (i.e. social media). Thus, the misunderstanding begins.
In all seriousness, for one to understand CRT, you would need to understand what "critical theory" is first. I am referring to the philosophical theory and framework written by Adorno & Horkheimer, which is basically a heated critique on mass-produced culture.
If one does not understand the tenets to this theory, then one should not voice their uninformed opinions on said theory.
Of course, perhaps the fault lies more in the people who decided to abuse this term. And in that case, I understand you 100%, but at the same time it's still unfair to dismiss it as BS.
