Trying to do something that is difficult, much like how it is difficult to bob for apples.

I’m trying to complete this project at work but it’s as tough as bobbing for apples.

If someone 'Apples', is 'Apple-ing' or a game is 'Appled'. It means that the game has been broken by the player purposefully or accidentally while attempting to do something important within the game.

Person 1: 'Did you see that he appled Little Nightmares?'
Person 2: 'Yeah! He apples every single game he plays.'
Person 3: 'Why does he do so much apple-ing?!'
