When someone who already fears other cultures/races/beliefs (xenophobe) goes the extra unnecessary steps of targeting and attacking person(s) of alleged "differences".

A borderline racial hate crime.

That white woman's xenofuckery was on full display when she began attacking that young woman on the subway train full of other minorities...then threw down the racial slur. Total paranoid xenofuckery.
