A word used in the northern & middle counties of the UK to describe something or someone that is feeble or weak.

"That's a wazzy cup of tea (too weak)".
"She looks a bit wazzy (washed out) after drinking too much last night".

That was a wazzy (feeble) effort, put some muscle into pushing".

A state of being internally busy or mentally flustered with the list of things that you want to accomplish or complete; TV static except in your brain and internally; an inability to relax.
