Cone of Hyperbole

The yellow/red graphic "cone" on a weather map when a hurricane is far, far away that includes hundreds and hundreds of miles of coastline and causes TV meteorologists to go nuts and needlessly alarm the general population.

Area residents from Miami to Brownsville should begin to take precautions as we don't know where this potentially strong storm might, or might not, make landfall. The areas in red or yellow are all within the cone of hyperbole.

hyper riding

A style of sport motorcycle riding. 'hyper' is a sport rider term used for experienced twistie riders. As in those that have basic skills, that generally don't like racing or being chased or chasing track tails. Hyper is slow, within the comfort zone, based upon one's skill level, but well within the design parameters of using a sport bike to slam into a twist, and roll on the exit.

Dirt riders have to go through a period of sorting out tire trust.

Once they get this handled, then hyper riding on the street comes together with their motocross background.

A game of paintball / speedball that is played on a field where the barricades are made up of black, plastic, corrugated sewage pipes.

The original form of speedball that took paintball out of the woods, but has now been eclipsed by sup'air which is speedball with inflatable barricades.
