The name Steve depends all about the person. For example, not all Steve's are that bad. Take Steve Jobs for instance, (May he rest in peace) he was fine. But I definitely have met a couple dozen of Steve's that were the absolute worst goddamn motherf**kers in the history of all the earth. They were narcissistic, egocentric, homophobic, sexist, you name it. They were the type of people who would wank to two girls kissing. Absolute disgusting creeps. Then again, I have met a couple of steves who were loyal, empathetic, kind, the works. Basically the absolute opposite off the jagoffs I've met in my time. It is used to refer to a skinless player who can't afford a minecraft premium account (hence the name Steve since it is the default skin in Minecraft), in other words, a normie, noname, regular player or/and a noob.
