Rag On A Stick

A term used to describe one who has been known to of had chronic drug use in the past resulting in uncontroable rage over matters which would normally cause no emotional disturbance in a emotionally sound person. This rage often translates into bigotry (ex. Anti-Semitism) and incredible feelings of arogance, and feelings that he or she is in many ways superior to other beings. Finally, a rag on a stick may be known to have lost all ability to recognize humor, and may incorrectly identify it as being an attack up him or her.

Man, have you seen Joey lately? All that smoking dope finally caught up to him! He's a crazed rag on a stick; just last week he almost smashed some guy's car who he found out was Jewish and smiled at him!
