The act of creating a word in casual conversation for the purpose of communication when the TRUE word is not known. This is usually done by accident and the created word must sound similar to the real word. Example real word: to WHITTLE a piece of wood. mikeism: to WINDLE a piece of wood. A true MIKEISM, when called out or corrected, will be staunchly defended, usually ending with the person correcting the word leaving the conversation doubting their own understanding of the English language
In the staff meeting today, Mike apprived (approved) the media budget for the client. You got that word wrong, man, you need to check your mikeism before sending that email to the vendor .

Mike Shea

The type of guy who shows up to a party uninvited and has suspicions about literally everyone. Sometimes a mike Shea could pull through but in a very low key way. Most of the time he is just a guy who likes to get people bopped and is a real titty ass nigga
Robie: “Yo, I’m gonna show up to the party tonight with some of my boys, is that straight?”
Matt: “ Don’t be a Mike Shea and kinch out”

The legend of P Mike is one shrouded in mystery. He himself, is a modern mystery, a rubix cube of sorts. Even his name is a mystery as no one is 100% sure what the P stands for. Local folklore give meanings to the "P" in P Mike as Pretty, Pastor, Pimp, PM for the darkest Mike they know, some say the P is whatever you want it to be...
Why do they call you P Mike?

Yo, where is P Mike?

P Mike...where have you been?

A game played while camping when your propane lantern runs out and your campsite or area is pitch black and the youngest guy is “mike” and he has to try to guess who’s in his mouth.
Mike”: let’s play who’s in my mouth

Everyone:wait what?!
That’s how the game who’s in Mike’s mouth starts
