Hoofball

Popular game devised by pupils who attended Wellington School, Ayr. When an unlimited number of players take it in turns to kick a soft pink ball about a gym hall, trying inexplicantly to smack the most annoying person in the room, on the face. The definition comes from the word 'hoof', meaning to 'uncontrollably kick a ball at someones direction.'

"Coming for a game of 'Hoofball' Sheriff?
Nah, i'm going for lunch. I'm hungry."

"I'm great at 'Hoofball', watch me smash it at that wee pleb's face."

Verb: when one is drugged by a horse, goat, sheep, or other cloven-foot ungulate, probably using horse tranquilizers.

"I was date-raped by a horse. He hoofied me and next thing I know, I'm lying on a bed of straw with a bag of oats over my head"

While Kelly was in the restroom, the horny goat slipped a hoofie into his drink.
