A person becomes so utterly famous that one of two things happens to them: if they are assholes who are born to be famous (no matter how legendary they are) they will go crazy with diva demands. If they are nice, decent people, they will most likely die and the disease will kill them. It is only lethal in the case of good people. If they are self-serving morons, it cannot kill them.
